Robyn Motisi, LCSW
Robyn is a licensed clinical social worker in the States of New York and Connecticut with a focus in child, adolescent, and family care. She first received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Deviant Behavior and Social Control before continuing her studies at Fordham University where she received her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Care for Families and Children as well as a Post-Master's Certificate in Child and Adolescent Therapy. Robyn has many years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety or settings and circumstances including hospitals, schools, special education, and both in-patient and outpatient environments. Currently, Robyn serves as a clinician here at GPA.
Kaila Cashman, LCSW
Kaila is a licensed clinical social worker with a specialization in children, adolescence, and families. She is a dedicated clinician with 7 years of experience working with children and families in therapeutic foster care, schools, and individual psychotherapy settings. After receiving a Bachelors of Science in Family Studies & Community Development from Towson University with a concentration in Services to Children and Youth, Kaila completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work with a concentration in Services to Children and Families. After earning her Masters, Kaila was based in Maryland where she gained social work experience in various school settings in addition to serving as a Family Consultant for the KidsPeace Therapeutic Foster Care Agency. From there, Kaila moved north to join GPA where she split her time with the Family Centers in outpatient behavioral health and the School Based Health Center in Stamford as a therapist. Kaila primarily utilizes a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) framework but incorporates other modalities to find the best fit for each individual patient. Currently, Kaila is a full time clinician here at GPA, and we are excited to have her no our team.
Alessandra Pane, LMSW
Alessandra is a licensed master of social work with a focus on anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. Alessandra works full time at Pathways, Inc., a non-profit mental health agency where she works with adults who have severe and prolonged mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from Sacred Heart University, Alessandra began working as an office administrator at GPA. Inspired by Dr. Cashman and her associates, Alessandra pursued and completed her Masters of Social Work at Southern Connecticut State University. Alessandra is also a 200 hour registered yoga teacher from the Kripalu School of Yoga and as well as a trauma-informed yoga teacher. She loves to incorporate mindfulness, meditation and yoga into her therapy for those who may be open and willing.
